Alternatively or in combination stay at La Dauphine Estate, our 200 acre plantation, 5 miles from the town of Soufriere, on the southwest coast of the island. The 4 bedroom La Dauphine Great House and 2 bedroom Chateau Laffitte are two plantation houses nested in a lush green hillside surrounded by luxuriant gardens, fragrant with exotic flowers.

Originally built in 1890 with gingerbread fretwork, jalousie windows and shutters, these houses have been refurbished to combine colonial charm with all modern conveniences and come with a housekeeper/cook.

Hiking along nature trails and tropical fruit fields, exploring the nearby rainforest, hot waterfalls, volcano, marine parks or thus relaxing on a beach with the Pitons towering above are all part of the La Dauphine experience.
